Before we get started
Can you update our existing website?
Yes. We first review your site, its platform and the access available. We then recommend targeted improvements or a rebuild, depending on what best meets your goals.
Can you take care of the domain, hosting and email?
Yes. We can coordinate domain registration or connection, hosting, HTTPS and company mailboxes. If you already have these services, we review whether to keep them or plan a transfer. The scope and recurring costs are agreed in the quote.
What does a website cost?
The price depends on the number of pages and languages, content, functionality and the condition of any existing site. We provide an individual quote with the build cost and any recurring service costs separated. Website services are not automatically included in a Wisegent subscription.
Who controls our domain and accounts?
We agree ownership, account access and renewal responsibilities before setup. Your company should retain control of its domain and have access to the services it needs, even when we help administer them.
Will the website work on phones and in several languages?
We design for mobile, tablet and desktop and test the agreed layouts before launch. A multilingual website is also possible; we agree which languages and who prepares and approves the translations.
Will moving the website affect our email or Google links?
A move needs planning. We review the current domain settings, mail provider and important page addresses. Where URLs change, we plan redirects, and coordinate DNS changes with the email setup to reduce disruption.
Do you help after launch?
Yes. Content changes, technical updates and maintenance can be arranged. We define what is included, how changes are requested and any ongoing costs in your proposal.
What do you need from us to begin?
Tell us about your business, services and customers. If you have a website, send its address. A logo, photos, preferred languages and examples of sites you like help us prepare a useful proposal. We request technical access later through an agreed secure channel.
