Example Zaps

From an event in Wisegent to the next step.

A few common flows. You build and change them yourself in Zapier.

01

The booking lands in the calendar.

The client's name becomes the title, the address the location, and the booking times the start and end.

02

Every new client gets a row.

Name, email, phone and address are added to a spreadsheet you already use.

03

Finance sees new invoices.

Invoice number, client and amount go to a Slack channel, or by email to whoever handles the finances.

04

An enquiry becomes a client.

A form response looks for the client in Wisegent and creates one only if it does not exist yet.

Security

You decide what Zapier can access.

The connection uses an API key that belongs to your company. Only the account owner can turn it on.

  • The key is shown once

Wisegent stores only a hash of the key and cannot show it again.

  • Revoke whenever you like

Create a new key or disconnect. The old key stops working immediately.

  • Only your company's data

Zapier sees only your own company's data, and only what the account owner has permission to see.

  • Sensitive details stay put

Employees' personal identity numbers, bank details and pay are never sent to Zapier.

Get started

Connect in three steps.

You need a Wisegent account and a Zapier account. The account owner does the activation.

  1. Turn on Zapier in Wisegent

Go to Settings → Integrations → Zapier and click Activate. Copy the API key right away, it is shown only once.

  2. Open Wisegent in Zapier

Use the invite link in the panel, click Sign in and paste the key. Zapier shows the connection with your company name.

  3. Build and turn on your Zap

Pick a Wisegent trigger or action, test with a real client or booking and turn the Zap on. Wisegent shows your active Zaps and the latest deliveries.
